- Sheet rental (for mobile homes): Travel lighter! For your comfort, we offer a sheet rental service—available by reservation—for your stay in a mobile home.
- Laundry area: Whether you’re returning from the beach or staying for an extended period, two high-performance washing machines and a dryer are available for your use.
- Electric vehicle charging station: A charging station is installed on-site so you can charge your electric vehicle right at the campground.
- Wi-Fi area: Want to check the weather? Free Wi-Fi is available near the reception desk. The rest of the campground is kept quiet so you can truly unplug and enjoy the great outdoors.

Snack Shop in Wissant: Northern French Specialties to Go
Want to enjoy a local specialty without having to cook?
Located right next to the campground entrance, La Source chip shop welcomes you from late March through late September, offering delicious northern French specialties to go. It’s open every day during spring break, as well as daily throughout the summer—from June 5 to August 30—from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Customers especially appreciate its warm welcome, its excellent crispy fries, and its friendly atmosphere.
Don’t leave without trying the “Américain”! This hearty sandwich made with a fresh baguette combines the sauce of your choice, your choice of meat (sausage, fricadelle, or ground beef), and a generous serving of golden fries. A true regional specialty!
Whether it’s part of your vacation routine or a sudden craving after a day at the beach, this is the perfect spot. As the regulars say, “It’s always just as delicious and enjoyable to eat here!”
Shops near the campground
Wissant offers a wide variety of shops to make your stay easier.
Everything is within walking or biking distance from the campground, so you can leave your car behind:
- For your daily needs: stop by the SPAR mini-market for groceries, the fish market, and our bread stands for fresh breakfasts.
There is also a market held every Wednesday morning in the village center throughout the year. In addition, a night market and a craft market are held every Friday evening from early April through mid-September.
- For some downtime: browse the clothing and souvenir shops, or relax on the patio at one of the many friendly bars and restaurants in the town center and near the sea.
- Practical Information & Leisure: The village has a pharmacy, a newsstand, and—for the more adventurous—an electric bike rental service, perfect for exploring the landscapes of the Opal Coast.
